Trubbish

This is a simple program inspired in e-suhi's minibin.

who can do?

- Show Trubbish in the systray.
- Trubbish change to shiny when Recycle bin contains files/folders.
- Doble click Trubbish to open Recycle bin folder.
- Left click on Trubbish to show options (on order):
    - Open Recycle bin folder.
    - Delete Recycle bin content.
    - Turn off Trubish.
    - You can drag and drop files/folders to the upper right corner to send them to the Recycle bin (it does not delete them, i call it "pixel-to-trash").
